Class, Meeting and Event Leasing FAQ's

Can I see if a particular space is available for my desired date and time?

Yes.  Venues are typically available unless there is already an event booked there or in an adjacent space on our calendar.  For instance, the courtyard is generally not available for loud events during a Rogue Theatre performance and the Main Lobby is not available during a Scoundrel and Scamp performance. Click here to view the calendar.

How much does it cost to rent a space?

Do I need to supply my own insurance?

In addition to the above fees, it is renter's responsibility to obtain and pay separately for required liability insurance (as well as liquor liability insurance if applicable).

If you already have insurance, your best option for insurance is to contact your present carrier and ask for a rider to cover your event.  If you do not presently have insurance, you may obtain a special event insurance policy (including liquor liability if applicable) from the carrier of your choosing.  Insurance requirements may be waived in limited situations, such as for small meetings in the conference room.  For more information about our insurance and noise policies, click here.
